The FaMe Maintenance Module covers all requirements of a CMMS. Smart Meter readings triggers the maintenance by operation hours or other values. The software comes with a range of pre-defined work tickets for MEP and other services. The IoT interface activates the Maintenance task by sensor reading on demand.
