FaceVACS-Entry CS quickly captures ISO-compliant facial images during border crossing and various ID issuance processes. The system finds the face of the person, adjusts the position of the camera to the body size and takes best-quality pictures. In addition, animated user guidance instructs the user to take the correct position in front of the camera. Immediate camera positioning, active lighting, and real-time user guidance lead to optimal capture conditions and fast acquisition times.In addition, Cognitec can offer airports the FaceVACS-VideoScan solution to detect and extract people’s faces in live video streams, and uses anonymous facial analysis to count individuals, generate demographical information, track people movement in time and space, find frequent visitors and detect crowds. The software also compares faces to image databases and instantly finds known individuals.
FaceVACS-Entry CS
The system serves all applications that require the acquisition of standards-compliant ID photos, including border crossing procedures (Entry/Exit programs); passport, national ID and driver's license issuance; and corporate ID processes.

At the same time, the system performs anonymous facial analysis to count individuals, generate demographic statistics, track people flow in time and space, find frequent visitors and detect crowds.
Users can also import recorded videos files to find persons enrolled in image databases, or locate unknown persons in multiple videos.
